I stuck new bearings in, and removed the little inserts on the bottom of the swingarm bolts so they can be tightened a little more than usual, but dont over do that or you risk crushing the bearings. Sorted mine out fine :D

Hey man i have pulled all my back and dnt think i will be able to ride. But i will see wat it feels like in morning might put seat up and pop up for a bit of xc and come have a look if i can actually ride without being in pain lol. What are the gaps like double or dnt u know?
